If you are not sure you are ready to commit to having a doula at your birth, but you would like assistance and guidance in deciding on the perfect birth plan for you, I am so excited to offer my services to you! I would love to provide resources and education to help you decide on what is most important to you for your birth, and guide you in solidifying your plan and preferences for you and your birth team. This will include everything from pregnancy to labor to a postpartum plan.
1.5 hour of consultation is $150, 2 hours for $175.
If you choose during this process to hire me as your doula, these fees will go toward the total birth doula fees.
Before your birth
Prenatal Services:
Free, no-obligation consultation in the comfort of your home, or at your favorite coffee shop, whatever suits you!
1-2 comprehensive prenatal visits, to get to know each other, to discuss your labor needs, comfort measures, birth preferences and address any other concerns you may have.
Assistance in creating a birth plan or preference list if desired.
Direction to birth and pregnancy resources as needed.
Unlimited contact via email, phone, or text for the support you need.
Personalized care throughout your pregnancy, honoring your process and what is best for you.
24 hour on-call support for 4 weeks surrounding your due date (2 weeks before, 2 weeks after)
During your labor
Birth Services
Continuous labor support for you and your family, beginning at an agreed upon time during early labor
Natural pain relief methods.
Coaching through labor, assistance changing positions, breath focus, aromatherapy, and more.
Assistance in decision making and communication with healthcare team as needed.
Photos taken by me if desired.
After your baby is here
Postpartum services:
1-2 hours of support immediately following birth for breastfeeding support, general family support, or whatever is needed.
Home visit by me 1-2 weeks after baby is born to recap your birth and follow up to see how you’re doing.
